Instructors:

Carol Leavitt, MBA:

Carol is the founder of Leadership @ Work, a management consulting and executive coaching firm. Leavitt has 20 years experience working with clients such as Seagate Technology, Fidelity Investments, and SkyWest Airlines. She has spoken on leadership strategies for various organizations and teaches at the University of Utah and the University of Phoenix. She is the co-author of Play to Your Strengths, a book recently released on stacking the deck to achieve spectacular results for yourself and others.



Mary Ronnow:

With 25 years experience in the skin care industry, Mary is a Master Esthetician, licensed instructor, and owner of The Skin Institute. She was instrumental in laying the groundwork for esthetic licensing reform in the state of Utah that insured the successful passing of the esthetic licensing bill in 2001. Mary continues to inspire students and employees with a refined professionalism that exemplifies grace, passion, and creativity by tapping into their own human genius and limitless thinking. Mary is the recipient of the 2008 elan woman Professional of the Year.

 

 

Ellen TreanorEllen Treanor: (M.A.P.C .5-09)
 Ellen Treanor is an award winning actor, filmmaker and graphic designer. She recently retired after over a dozen years with Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs as a technical manager and holds a graduate certificate in Information Systems Technology from USC. Currently she is enrolled as a candidate for her Master’s of Art in Professional Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising.  While at Bell Labs, Ms. Treanor was involved in leading edge .5 micron semiconductor design and marketing and integrating the V.32 modem with DSP technology.  She also was involved with the development of the World Wide Intranet of AT&T Microelectronics.  

 

 

 

 

Carol Probst:
 
Carol's entrepreneurial spirit and love for adventure has allowed her to help build multiple companies.  She has served for over ten years as the CFO for ProHosting Corporation, an internet web hosting company, and also the CFO for CorEMR, a correctional electronic medical record company.  The Board of Directors for V Chocolates asked Carol to come join their team and serve as the President in January 2008.  They felt her love and passion for chocolates, especially V Chocolates, as well as her talents and skills made her the perfect fit to lead and guide V Chocolates.  Carol is very busy juggling her career, giving community service, church and also taking care of her six children and
 of course handling the many demands placed on her by her husband who absolutely adores her.
